Life Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or psychological services for serious mental health issues. However, Life Coaching can be used to support teens through the difficult years, while helping them achieve goals and become a better version of themselves. While therapy may focus on the past, Life Coaching focuses on the present and future goals.

Did you know?

  • 70% of mental health problems have their onset during childhood or adolescence.
  • Young people aged 15 to 24 are more likely to experience mental illness and/or substance use disorders than any other age group.
  • Half of all mental health conditions start by 14 years of age but most cases are undetected and untreated.
  • Suicide is the second leading cause of death for people aged 15-24.

NOW is the time to invest in your teen’s mental health. You invest in sports. You invest in music lessons. It’s time to invest in well-being and happiness. With a passion for promoting positive mental health, my practice focuses on improving self-love and reducing anxiety, while exploring the teen’s strengths and turning their struggles and weaknesses into tools for building their ideal life.
